DIET/FITNESS


1. IF AT ALL POSSIBLE DON'T EAT AFTER 8PM. GIVE YOURSELF TIME TO DIGEST BEFORE YOU HIT THE HAY.

2. TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM THE SUGARS AND DAIRY. THIS IS WHERE ALL OF THOSE HIDDEN FAT CALORIES STEM FROM.(IF YOU DO HAVE TO HAVE DAIRY, MAKE SURE IT IS BEFORE 3PM SO YOUR BODY WILL HAVE TIME TO USE IT.)

3.WORK OUT AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK. THERE SHOULD BE A MIXTURE OF CARDIO AND STRENGTH CONDITIONING. TO STAY IN SHAPE YOU HAVE TO WORK!

4.TRY WALKING AFTER A LARGE MEAL INSTEAD OF FALLING VICTIM TO THE "ITIS".THIS HELPS THE DIGESTION PROCESS.
